LS41 Cafe Inc DBA "Chico's Oven" operates a mobile messaging program ( subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. 

1.Program Description: Chico's Oven: We use SMS messaging to confirmation of Opting In, Transactional SMS, Promotional offers, account-related SMS, Order updates and responses to questions.  

Type of Messages: You will receive order updates and promotional offers via SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Message Frequency:  Once a week.

3.User Opt-In: Text START to opt in. You will receive this message: Chico's Oven: You have successfully opted in to receive text messages from this number. Thank you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time text STOP or CANCEL. Text HELP for help.

4.User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, to any mobile message from us. 

5. For  help, reply HELP  to any message you receive from us or contact our customer support team.

6. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

7. Compliance: By  registering, you agree to receive order updates, promotional offers,  and reminders via SMS. Message frequency varies, but you may receive up  to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
